Who can book at Ocean Street?+
Ocean Street is workforce accommodation for approved contractors. You need a valid employer or project booking code to access availability and make a reservation.
What is the minimum stay?+
Flexible terms. For corporate bookings, no minimum — we work around your contract. Short stays from one night are available for approved contractors.
Is there a deposit?+
Corporate bookings through approved employers: no deposit. A £500 security pre-authorisation is placed on a payment card before arrival. This is not a payment and is released after checkout provided there is no damage or loss.
How does smart access work?+
PIN and QR code sent after booking confirmation. Use at the main entrance and your bedroom door. Access activates for your booked dates and expires automatically after checkout. No physical keys.
What about parking?+
On-street parking is available on Ocean Street and surrounding roads. We recommend checking availability on arrival as spaces are not reserved.
